Program
The 16th TCU International e-Learning Conference 2025 take: MOOCs for Lifelong Learning Summit and EXPO (IEC2025) And 4th International Conference Thai Association for Educational Communications and Technology will be jointly organized by the Thai Association for Educational Communications and Technology (Thai AECT) and co-hosted by Thailand Cyber University (TCU). Additionally, IEEE Education Society, IEEE Education Society (Thailand Chapter), and IEEE Thailand Section will provide technical co-sponsorship. This prestigious conference will take place from August 14–15, 2025, and will serve as a platform for researchers, scholars, practitioners, and students from public organizations, private sectors, and the industrial sector to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging challenges, and explore advancements in educational technology and related fields. Both full manuscripts and abstracts are invited for submission and presentation. We are delighted to announce that research articles that have been accepted and selected will be published in the International Journal of Educational Communications and Technology (iJECT), indexed in the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI 2).

INVITATION
The 4 th International Conference on Educational Communications and Technology 2025 (ICTAECT 2025) is organized by Thai Association for Educational Communications and Technology [Thai AECT, and Co-hosted by King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang [KMITL], King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok [KMUTNB], King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi [KMUTT]. Moreover, the technical support is co-sponsored by IEEE Education Society, IEEE Education Society (Thailand Chapter), and IEEE Thailand Section. This ICTAECT2025 conference will be organized from 27 – 29 November 2025, at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, Thailand.
This ICTAECT conference always welcomes several researchers, scholars, practitioners and students from public organizations, private sectors and industrial section so as to share new knowledges, updates and challenges of the educational technology and other related topics. Either full manuscript or abstract is invited to submit and present at this conference.
The accepted and selected full manuscripts will be included in the IEEE Xplore database which provides indexing in Scopus.

Acceptance rate is not more than 70% and there must be no less than 3 reviewers per 1 paper
